Built the global supplier-governance operating model from zero across six business divisions, within an $8B enterprise spend environment. The Responsible Sourcing program governed $4B in annual spend.

Independently conceived and built five AI-enabled procurement agents, now in live MVP use. An approved spend-reporting workflow reduced an elapsed process from 23 calendar days to 96 seconds, with 28 embedded quality checks and human review.

Created the category-strategy framework for FY27 planning, secured approval from the category directors and CPO, and helped scale a three-manager pilot to approximately 30 category managers.

Managed the Sourcing Business Partner function across 17 business units and six offices. Grew the sourcing and analytics team from four to five direct reports, with responsibility for hiring, priorities, coaching, and performance reviews.

Redesigned procurement intake and business-partner workflows, enabling the team’s 97% year-over-year increase in sourcing events. Supported Federal Reserve purchasing standardization in Ariba and led training and rollout for the 12th District.

Public-sector procurement transformation advisory across 30+ government and transportation organizations nationwide. Managed five research employees and directed three dotted-line analysts and project consultants.

Audited procurement policies and practices, identified barriers and control gaps, and developed remediation strategies. Supplier-availability benchmarks, spend-monitoring applications, and contracting goals were adopted by governing bodies. Approximately 10 engagements extended into implementation / hypercare.
